These terms explain the basic conditions for working with ThorneWare on a website project.

Website enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. A project only begins once the package, scope, price, timeline and payment terms have been agreed.

Each package includes the features listed in the agreed quote or package breakdown. Extra work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business details, text, images, branding information and any other content needed for the project.

Payment terms will be confirmed before the project begins. Work may not begin until the agreed deposit has been received.

Reasonable revisions are included as agreed in the project quote or package details. Larger changes may be treated as additional work.

The website will only be launched or handed over once final approval has been given and any outstanding balance has been paid.
